Adam Barlow

Born and raised in Scarborough, I grew up playing AA and AAA hockey in the GTA. My passion lies in developing skilled hockey players and well-rounded individuals who value discipline, teamwork, and continuous growth. I am the father of two girls who have each found their passion for sport at a competitive level.

Coaching Experience
As an assistant coach with the Sharks for the past four years, and previous head coach for the Sharks house league, I’ve focused on player-centered development, emphasizing technical skills, tactical awareness, and mental toughness. My goal is to create an environment where athletes reach their full potential through a mix of foundational skills and advanced game understanding.
